White-labelled agents

A white-labelled agent gives people an experience that looks and feels like your company. You can change its branding and put it on your own domain, so customers or colleagues reach it through your website address. Omnimatch still hosts and runs the agent behind the scenes.

This is a hosted feature. You could use it for a customer-facing assistant, an internal company agent or a branded demo for a client.

Open Domain settings

Open your agent’s Manage page and choose Domain under How people reach it.

Manage sidebar with Domain highlighted.

Give it its own address

You can start with a shorter address on Omnimatch’s domain. Turn on Give it its own address and use the address shown. This is useful for a demo or while you’re getting your own domain ready.

Give it its own address enabled, with a branded omnimatch.ai subdomain and a copy button.

Make it look like your company

Under Branding, you can set your logo, brand name, fonts and colours. You can also change the browser tab icon and title, page description and link preview image.

The preview helps you check the result. These settings apply to the agent’s page and any domain you connect. Fields you leave empty keep the agent’s existing look.

Use your own domain

Under Bring your own domain, enter a subdomain you own, such as agent.yourcompany.com, and click Connect.

Bring your own domain with an agent.yourcompany.com field and Connect button.

Follow the instructions shown to add the CNAME record at your domain provider. Once the domain is live, people can open the same branded agent there. You can add whoever manages your company’s DNS as a co-manager to help with this.

Your agent’s access settings still determine who can chat with it.
