You can charge people a subscription to use your hosted agent. Open its Manage page and choose Subscription under Who can use it.

Set your price

Turn on Charge a subscription, choose where your share goes and set a monthly price in USD. You can add a yearly price if you want to offer one too.

Choose where your share goes

You keep 80% of each subscription. Choose Omnimatch credit to put your share towards your agents’ usage, or Bank account to connect through Stripe and receive bank payouts.

Omnimatch credit doesn’t expire. It’s used after your monthly plan allowance runs out and can’t be withdrawn as cash. If you change the payout destination later, the change applies to new subscribers.

Who covers chat usage?

The subscription is the price of access to your agent. You still choose whether visitors use their own allowance or you cover their usage on the Access page.
