Allowance

Open your account menu and look for Allowance to see how much of your monthly allowance remains across chats billed to your account. This is one shared allowance across those agents and conversations. The bar starts at 100% left and empties as you use your allowance. The date underneath tells you when it resets.

Agents labelled Free don’t draw on your account allowance.

What do the small bars mean?

The three small marks beside an agent show how quickly chatting with it draws on your allowance. One filled mark means light usage, two means medium and three means heavy.

These marks describe the agent’s usage level. The long account bar shows how much you have left.
