Allowance

Open your account menu and look for Allowance to see how much of your monthly allowance you’ve used across chats billed to your account. This is one shared allowance across those agents and conversations. In this screenshot, 27% has been used. The date underneath tells you when it resets.

What do the small bars mean?

The three small marks beside an agent show how quickly chatting with it draws on your allowance. One filled mark means light usage, two means medium and three means heavy.

These marks describe the agent’s usage level. The long account bar shows how much you’ve used so far.
