Invite an agent to a meeting

Bring your agent along

You can invite your agent into a meeting you have already arranged. Open Invite to meeting and paste the Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. Choose Send to meeting when you are ready for it to join.

Choose how it takes part

The meeting panel lets you choose how the agent participates and who receives its summary afterwards. Follow the instructions there, and let the agent in if the meeting has a waiting room.

This feature is available on agents that offer meeting invitations.
