Stats & feedback

The Stats page shows how your agent is being used and the feedback people give it. Open your agent’s Manage page and choose Stats under Money & usage.

See how people use your agent

Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days to see searches per day and totals for searches, document hits, site hits, link visits and saves.

You can also see Favourite results, External visits and Sites in results: what people saved, where they clicked through and which sites appeared in the agent’s answers.

See what needs improving

Feedback recorded from conversations appears here too, including complaints about your agent. For example, someone might say the results don’t cover the location they asked for. You can use that feedback to work out what to change when refining your agent.
