Character

You can configure how your agent talks so it sounds the way you want. You might want short, casual replies, a professional tone or a patient teacher who takes time to explain things.

Choose how it talks

Open your agent’s Manage page and choose Character in the sidebar.

Pick a starting point under Manner, then adjust Length, Tone and Playfulness until it sounds like your agent. Click Save, then try a chat to see how it feels.
