Save favourites

Star useful results, find them again and return to the conversation they came from.

Save a result

Use the star control on a result you want to keep. Favourites save the result card as you saw it, so you can revisit it even if the original source later changes.

Find a saved result

Open Favourites for your agent. Browse saved results or use Search favourites to find a particular item. Where a saved result has a conversation link, use it to return to the original discussion.

Remove a favourite

Use the star control again and confirm removal when prompted. This removes the saved item from your favourites; it does not delete the original source.

If Favourites is missing

The owner can enable or hide this capability for an agent. Sign in and check that you are using an agent which offers favourites.
