Co-managers

Co-managers let you build and manage your agent with other people. They can access its settings and help update things like its profile, data and wisdom.

Add a co-manager

Open your agent’s Manage page and choose Co-managers under Who can use it.

Manage sidebar with Co-managers highlighted under Who can use it.

Enter their email address and click Add. When they sign up or sign in with that same email address, they’ll be able to access the agent’s settings page.

Hosted co-managers require a plan that includes team management. On-premise, your installation needs team access enabled and the person needs an agent-management role.
