Your credit powers your company’s agents

Your company’s credit powers any agents you create. Everyone you invite uses that shared balance as your agents do work.

Credit refreshes each month; unused monthly credit expires.

How is usage charged?

AI work, API calls and research done by your agents draw from your company’s credit. AI costs vary with the model and the size of the task. For a larger job, reviewing 1,000 short items with a frontier model such as GPT-6 Astra, plus two follow-up messages, could use about £6.00 of credit.*

What do the research estimates mean?

A research task starts with one question. Your agent searches for relevant information, reads your documents and returns findings with sources.

The research counts use an illustrative task costing about £0.60, including searches and AI work. Initial document processing is separate. Actual costs vary with the model and task complexity.

Do documents and data sources cost extra?

In the cloud, processing documents you upload or import from your own data sources is charged separately from the research estimates, using your company’s credit. Text documents cost about 0.8p–4p each, depending on file size; scanned PDFs can cost more. The upload screen shows a processing estimate before you confirm. Processing is charged once, so documents can be reused. On-premise document processing uses your chosen AI provider.

On-premise

£20 ($25) per named user/month, billed annually, with a 10-user minimum.

Bring your own LLM provider and pay usage directly, or use Omnimatch AI with a monthly usage budget from £50 ($63) for your installation.

Optional zero data retention is available on-premise.

How much do support and other extras cost?

Installation, support and other extras are quoted separately. Costs depend on how complex your deployment is.
